  • Call opens Friday, January 22, 2025

  • Call close closes on Saturday, March 26, 2025 extended to April 3, 2025 at 11:59 PM, CST

  • Acceptance notification – April 11, 2025

  • Artist Mentorship Workshop for artists selected to be in the exhibit: Tuesday, April 22nd, 6:30pm - 8:30 pm.

  • Art drop off – Friday, May 9th 10-5pm,  and  Saturday 10th  9 - 11am

  • Art install – Saturday, May 10th 12 - 7pm, – Sunday 10am - 2pm

  • Artist reception – Saturday, May 17th from 5:30 to 8:30pm

  • Exhibition on view – Tuesday, May 13th to Saturday, May 31th, 2025
    Gallery Hours: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday from 10am to 5pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm and by appointment.

  • Artist's closing reception - Saturday, May 31th from 5:30 to 8:30pm

  • Art pick up – after closing reception Saturday evening or Monday, June 2nd, 9am  - 1pm
