About Emily:
Emily Lamberty attended her first yoga class at the Cosmic Cafe back in 2002. She was an aspiring photographer / mixed media artist back then. A move to New York in 2009 to study Feng Shui and Vital Design with William Spear completely transformed her life. Over those character building years, Emily noticed she turned to yoga and art when looking to heal from physical and emotional trauma.

After seven years of character building in New York, Emily moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in 2016. By then her yoga practice had become consistent and aligned with her Feng Shui practice. She started teaching yoga in 2017. With a strong foundation in anatomy and alignment, Emily primarily focuses on a therapeutic approach rooted in Taoism with additional training in Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga for Cancer.

Emily moved back to Dallas in February 2023. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to share what nourishes her soul the most: Art, Feng Shui, and Yoga.
