  • Start with invocation, agreements and a stitch in of each member with a topic related to that week’s theme.

Week 1 - Introduction - laying the foundation

Weeks 2-6 - each an experiential embodiment experience based on fun, accessible and powerful movements, somatic wisdom and the 52 moves of the holistic practice of Nia ™ that extends the wisdom of each chapter of The Joyous Body. Integration sharing by each member witnessed and celebrated by the circle.

Week 8 - In the final week, we each share something in response to what we learned, embodied, discovered, healed from, had insights about during our series. Each member is lovingly witnessed, honored and celebrated. We complete with our final afterglow celebration, sending forth AND “casting” into our New Year (speaking what we would like to create or resources/inspiration/support we are calling in, in 2025).
