Easy and Fun Accordion Bookmaking Workshop

Accordion fold books are one of the most common structure types in Artists' Books and one of the easiest to make. Though this form requires attention to detail and accuracy in measuring, it is deceptively simple, and is the foundation for many Modern Structures. We’ll focus on the Accordion as a Foundation, learning how to choose paper, how the Grain Direction affects the structure, and proper gluing techniques. From here, this little book can become what ever you desire!

$50 - All supplies provided, they will allow you to fully design and customize your book, while learning the basics.

Snacks and water will be provided. Feel free to bring your own sack lunch or snacks.
