Waking up early every weekday morning to go to school in Lagos was quite exciting and invigorating for me. I loved seeing how everyone moved with purpose to pursue the day, the brisk walking and running to get to our destinations felt like a movie scene where the director shouted “ACTION!!”. The buses, cars, and motor vehicles all mixed together on the road, moving in multiple directions. This memory is one I will always remember and had to create on canvas as it reminds me of the unspoken steps we take to reach any destination in life, and how that hustle and bustle is mostly taken for granted.
